Q/ Can I have my parcel sent to a PO Box?
A/ No, the couriers we use do not deliver to a PO Box so we need your physical address. If we send to a Post Box this involves extra time as we have to deliver to the Post shop so will be more expensive. Our couriers have track and trace which we prefer to use for security Q/ Can I change my order once it is placed? A/ Yes but you need to notify us within 1-2 hours after placing the order as we generally process all orders as soon as we receive them. You can do this by phoning us on our 0800 Freephone or by email to sam@dancefabrics.co.nz. Once the order has been processed and payment received we are unable to change the order. Q/ How long before my order will be sent? NZ customers A/ Generally all orders received before midday will be processed and dispatched that day if paid by credit card or confirmed payment is received by direct credit. Main centres in the North Island will receive their order the next day , Rural deliveries can take 2-4 days Q/ I live in the south Island how long will it take to receive my order A/ Generally we use a 2 day service to main centres in the South Island, Rural deliveries and to small towns can take an extra 1-2 days. Q/ I want an urgent overnight service can you do this? A/ Yes we can deliver ovenight to main centres only, but please advise us if you need this service. It will also cost extra depending where you live. We are happy to quote a price. Q/ I live in Auckland , can I get same day service. A/ Yes we can do this if the order is received before 9am. Please advise if this is required as orders are normally sent on an overnight service. Q/ I live overseas, how soon will I get my order. We Generally pack and send the goods within 24 hours of the order. Depending on your location you will receive your parcel within 3-10 days. We use economy post. If you require a more Urgent option we can organise this and advise the extra cost. |
