Our Terms of Trade

All orders must be paid for prior to despatch.
If you receive faulty goods please contact us and we will replace or credit the item.
We do not accept returns without our prior consent.

Our prices are GST Inclusive (within NZ only)
(GST or Goods & Services Tax is a NZ only tax of 15%)

Overseas Customers: You will not be charged GST.
When you place your order The GST amount is included, however we will manually deduct this from the total before making the credit card payment.
